7960 HELP

I have a 7960 ip phone and its says it is unprovisioned... can anyone please suggest what that means?

Any articles or instructions on how to set up this phone?

To configure a Cisco 79X0 phone to a non-Cisco call server, you'll need to organize for the following: 

1.  SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file; 

2.  TFTP server; 

3.  DHCP Option 150; 

4.  Firmware (SCCP or SIP); 

5.  OS79XX.txt file; 

6.  XMLDefault.cnf.xml file; and

7.  Dialplan.xml file.

Zqdarma services not provisioning Cisco 7960,
