Active Directory and 802.1x are not available only local Call Manager  authentication. Need help with any suggestions as to how to secure the phone for authozied users only. Thanks

With that requirements the only in-built solution would be EM, if this was only external calls FAC/CMC would do.

If you don't want to use EM, then you would need a 3rd party solution.

Can you elaborate on what you  want to secured?

Is it for making calls by authorized persons?

Or access to Settings, etc?

Chris

Hi Chris,  making calls by authorized persons is what I'm going for. Thanks

And are you talking about internal calls or external calls??

This would be for both internal and external calls

Forced authorization codes and extention mobility I'll start working on both of these. Thanks!

For internal blocking you can use Calling Search Spaces/Partitions to build the separation. For external depending if you want this statically you would also use CSS/PT and Route Patterns, or if you want to be able to overwrite the setting use Forced Authorization Codes.
