we have both the 7960 and 7961 phones. They are all in the same CM groups/dial groups etc, but the 7961's will not dial out. The 7960 dials out just fine.
Is there a new firmware version for the 7961 on CUCM 6.0, or where would I fine that?
The new firmware file for 7961 ip phone is 8.3.3(SR2).

*I*'m not aware of any firmware issues and dialing out issues for 7961.
Double check your calling search space assignment for those phones / directory number(s) on those phones.
What happens when you try to dial out?
I'm seeing a similar problem 7961's only, same firmware version, affected out a gateway with Version 12.4(15)T1 code.
