HI All
Cisco 7961 phone is giving wrong time .. the setup is just upgraded fro CUCM 8.6 to 11.5 . after the upgrade only the issue started .
we have around 10 phone of 7961 on site only 1 phone is having the issue . all the phones are running with the same phone load .
I have tried factory default the phone .. no luck
Please help

Hi Raja,
Just try to delete ITL/CTL file (setting -> Security configuration -> Trust list) from phone and check.
