We have a 7961 with a 7914 expansion module attached to it. The phone is PoE and the module is using a standard power brick. The switch we are using is a 3560G with most recent code. When we have the module plugged in the lights come on fine however when we plug the phone into the switch, you hear a click noise and then the power for both go out. About every 30-60 seconds the phone lights will blip once and then go off again, like the switch is providing power for one second then cutting it off. We get an error message on the switch (that I have ran through the error decoder) but I can not seem to get to the meat of the problem.
The phone and module work on any other switch we put it on.
Can anyone help me figure this one out?
