7962 Extention Mobility Feature not Enable (Different Languags File not Transfered)

Hello ,

I have a problem with IPT 7962 not transfered  turkish languages file , but  English language can be used and register the CUCM, but turkish not,

I want to register as a Turkish I can not use extension mobility feature of when I register  english phone, because I can not see login/logout option in screen,Phone

Other 7962  phone is registered in the English language but another is not, I did upload turkish languages file CUCM.

Could you please explain me, whan is the main problem,
