Hello,
I think I a missing a step to get this working, but I cannot seem to put my finger on it.
I have a 7965G with a 7916-24 addon module. CME version 12.3. IOS-XE 16.9.8
The module powers up and goes to a black screen / screen off.
The status menu in the 7965G shows that the module is not configured.
The CLI of the ephone on CME looks like this:

blf-speed-dial 7 801 label "Office"
blf-speed-dial 8 802 label "Me"
blf-speed-dial 9 803 label "Them"

I don't know if I am missing something or not, but I have multiple phones with the same black screen on the addon module, so it's not a hardware issue. Tried a factory reset on the phone with no difference.
Am I missing a configuration option or load files? I was under the impression that the load files were already included in IOS-XE.

Needed the load file setup in the telephony-service. Now it works.

what is your switch model? do you use POE or power CUBE?

3560x for the POE on the phone and the power supply to power the module. The phone works fine, and the module turns on just fine, but after it boots it goes to a black screen because its not configured on the phone.
