7975 Dead after Hard Reset

I have a 7975 IP Phone.

I did a Soft Reset with 123456789*0# and it got stuck in upgrading.

Then I did a Hard Reset with 3491672850*# and now I can see all the lights of the phone turning on and off just for once and then black screen for eternity.

I've tried puting it to a Switch with CUCM and/or TFTPD32 in my PC.

I've tried connecting it directly to my PC with external power adapter with TFTPD32.

I've also opened Wireshark and I can't see not even one packet from or to the Phone.

The only thing I can see is the message from the 2960 saying power granted to IEEE wit 15.4W

I have done the above procedure before with success in other devices like 38XX or 796X or 791X models.

Can someone help me?

2960?  The phone needs to be connected to a power injector.

I'm sorry the Switch is 3560 PoE and not 2960 but it doesn't matter as far as the switch is PoE.

As I mentioned I've tried both PoE Switch and Power injector adapter.

And how long did you wait?  The second keypad combo is a complete flash wipe and this can take up to 25 minutes.

I've been waiting for a long time.

My problem is that in case I put a PoE Switch, no matter it gives power to the phone, the led of the Ethernet in front of the Switch remains off.
