Hello
We have four 7975g cisco phones ... they suddenly stopped working .. the only thing appear in the screen is on the attached picture

Hi,
Please make sure that the IP phones are connected to a switchport that is configured for DHCP and has tftp option configured that has the right firmware uploaded on the server. If possible try swapping with a known working switchport where another phone is connected and working fine.
