7985G to 7985G no video just audio

I have a 7980 series voip video phone support by Tandberg.  My distant end also has the same item.  When I do a call internally from phone to phone I get video on both ends.  When I try and do a call over the net I get only audio.  I have made sure that the location settings are correct and that I'm using the same device pool and that the region is correct.

Which Version of CUCM are you using.

Are both 7985 registered on the same cluster ?

Hello

1- you have to check in the region comfiguration  ( the codec which you use).

2- In the location configuration (bandwidth for Video =384).

3-You have also to apply the Qos to apply through internet.
