8 out of 10 phones will not Power up after switch to UPS power.

We had a brief power loss this morning, switch is on UPS. After this event, switch will boot fine but only two of the phones will connect and power up. All other phones show down down on the switch and will not power up at all. Has anyone seen this issue before? How do you fix it?

yep, that's hardware failure which needs a replacement.
