Hi,
I have a user requesting to have entered digits displayed on screen during an active call. The typical scenario is the user calls a Call Center. The Call Center script asks the caller to enter various user inputs (account numbers, date of birth, etc.). The user would like to have the digits they enter displayed on their phone screen. They are using a Cisco 8841.
Is there a setting that will allow this?

No, once you're on a call DTMFs are sent, but not captured on the phone screen.
