8811 Phone did not registering after Activation Code

I have installed CUCM 12.5 SU(2) and did all the required settings for Onboarding Device Registration. Now when i connect the Phone , then it ask for Activation Code and when i enter Activation Code , error on Screen " Verify Internet connection or contact your system Administrator". Phone is in internal Network, why it then ask for Internet connections ? Any idea

Does the product ID of the phone contain the letters "MPP" or "3PCC"?

3PCC

The phone's firmware will need to be converted to Enterprise image (for a fee).

Hi actually there was some problem in the Show CTL  on the publisher abs subscriber. It was not the same. So you can may be checks if show ctl has the same content on Publisher subscribers
