Hi,
We just purchase four 8821 wireless units we found there is audio on external calls but no audio on internal calls. I checked the region codec setting and they are set for 722,711. Can anyone provide any guidance for troubleshooting this behavior, I updated the firmware 11-0-6SR4 but no avail.

Its not the Codec, check the network rechability from 8821 to the desk phone network vice versa.
95% chance its network issue.
