Solved: 8821 wireless phone not showing

I'm using CUCM 9.1.2 and loaded the COP files for the the cisco phone models 8831 and 8821. I added both and rebooted the cluster. I see 8831 in device types but I still don't see the 8821.

Any thoughts?

That is NOT a DevPack, that's just a FW file.

Did you install a DevPack???

What is the exact CUCM release you're running and what DevPack did you install?

The release notes are showing the device pack is compatible with 9.1(2) and I see it listed and showing active in Show > Software in OS Administration
