Has anyone installed the new 8821 wireless phones and integrated them with Emergin nurse call system?
I'm getting the text message, but no audio notification.
I've added the phone to the "Application User" - Did "update subscriptions" under phone services - Reset "Cisco CTIManager" under feature services, but still no audio.
I also upgraded to the latest firmware.
We are using the same service that our 7925's are using, and they work fine.

is it just audio that isnt working?
in which case, RTP be established end to end? i.e. is there connectivity to your wireless phones? (ping emergin<>wireless phones)
also ,can you explain a bit more how this Emergin system is integrated into your UC environment?
cheers

The notification tone that SPOK needs isn't available on the 8821's. In SPOK adjust the setting for the notification tones from the set tone to use the device default.

something to check - from my experience with ascom nurse call to the 8821 - the sip protocol will not pass the # symbol - ascom relies HEAVILY on that - I think those 7925 phones are provisioned skinny - 8821s have to be sip - might look for a protocol violation
