8831 not providing authorization data

Hi, I have a problem with the Cisco 8831 phone. The phone does not register to the PBX network. The supplied sip packets do not contain authorization fields, which means that the phone is not registered in the network. Of course, I made the complete configuration. Logs downloaded from the PBX server for Cisco 8831 look like this:

The only difference is the presence of the authorization data in 8865. Someone knows why 8831 does not send the authorization field ?

I attach the configuration file.
