I have a 8831 conference phone that takes what seems like way to long to register.
I just timed it with the stop watch on phone and it took about 6:17 minutes to register.
I've done a hardware reset of the phone.
It's causing frustration and confusion in one of our main conference room....
Other 8831 conference phones seem to register faster. This one takes longer...
Any ideas on what I might look at to get this resolved?

Is the phone and the TFTP/CUCM in the same location/LAN?

They are at the same location on different VLans.
Different 8831s plugged into the same network port, take a different amount of time to register.

Do they have the same FW level?
If yes, try to delete/reset the security options and delete all the certificates in the phone.
If no, match the FW level with the working one.
