It shouldn’t flash anything unless it is broken. I never seen that issue myself. Does it link to the network? Is there any output like it’s probing for a file? I’m pretty sure this is going to be hopeless without electronics troubleshooting to check power or something but that’s easy enough to test and see if it’s alive somehow.
No network, No output, No registration. It's basically a paper weight/door stop/tire chock. I'm confident that this will take troubleshooting to the component level. I have 2 out of warranty phones like this. One flashes the mute and the other phone's mute button stays on steady. If anyone has any component level troubleshooting suggestions it would be appreciated.
