Hello,
I have CUCM 9.1 and Cisco IP Phones 8841. Before adding the phones to CUCM I can see the options of Ringtones. After adding the phones to CUCM no Ringtones option in setting menu. Any help?
I did not add any ringtone, I just want to see the default ringtones.

Thank you too much for your usual support.
I will try to upgrade the firmware first.
One question, How I can know the phones that use Ringlist-wb.xml? I just want to estimate the number of devices.

Hi,
This information is not available, generally the 7900 series phones use the normal Ringlist.xml, the 8800 models that you are using tend to use the Ringlist-wb.xml as it supports wideband.

Hi Manish,
We are facing the same issue on 12.0.1.22900-11, getting only the default ringtone.
I've checked the Ringlist-wb.xml on TFTP
admin:file view tftp Ringlist-wb.xml
