8841 second line setup

I am interested to know if anyone else has come across the issue below,

We have a group of 8841 UDPs and 7962 UDPs configured with 2 lines.

Line 1 =  User DN

Line 2 =  Helpdesk DN.

When a  call arrives at the Helpdesk DN and a 8841 EM user picks up the call when the call finishes and the handset is replaced the primary line for that UDP remains on the second line. This does not happen when a 7962 EM user picks up a  helpdesk call.

This is not a massive issue but confusing for the users.
