8841 second line setup

A user has been setup with a new 8841 & has an DN extension 1404 which works well. Now this user is also setup with an associated DN 1411 as second extension in the phone. This 1411 is a shared extension which is used among three other users. 

This particular user is not able to get any call on 1411 extension, rest of the users have no issue getting call on this shared extension. How to solve this issue, please help. Thanks

Assuming it is in the same partition, check that the busy triggers and max call settings on that line appearance are sufficient to let it ring.
