8845 failed to register with CUCM via Expressway

Hi All,

We are using ExpresswayC/E cluster in version x8.10. My Jabber for Android is working via MRA and our Expressway-Edge already has public CA signed certificate. I try to register my desk phone 8845 with firmware 11-7 with CUCM via MRA, but got a message "Verify your service domain and internet connectivity and then try again". I am using internal network to test this, do i need to get internet only network to test? Is there anyone who can help me with this?

you need to be on the internet (outside)

MRA requires the _collab-edge SRV to work, and that SRV should only exist on the external network.

Thank you all for the reply. For building an external network, a router with NAT&DHCP and a POE switch would fulfill test environment?
