I have an 8845 that has moved from one location to another and at the new location the phone will not join the voice vlan. It moved from one office with a 2960 switch to another office with a 2960 switch. It keeps jumping to the data vlan instead. All other phones, including other 8845 phones at this location are using the voice vlan but not this phone. Because of this the phone will not register/work.
When I run a show power inline command I get the standard message stating it sees an IP Phone 8845, same power requirements as the other phones on the switch.
Has anyone seen this before or know how to resolve this issue or is the phone defective?
Edit: It is now appearing on both the data and voice vlans associated with the port.
