I have a 8851-3pcc with a Plantroncis headset (CS540). I am trying to use the APC-43 connector to enable EHS, but it is not working.
- I plugged one end of the cable in the headset port and the other in the AUX port behind the phone.
- Headset works when I press the headset button on the phone (2 way audio).
- I set Electronic HookSwitch Control to "Yes" in the section Voice/User (see screenshot attached)
The problem is, I can't get the headset to ring in the wireless headset when I receive a call and I can't answer the phone using the call control button on the headset. It looks like EHS is not working.
From plantronics website (and documentation in the box), it seems that it should work...
