Looking for document that details 8945 (SIP) forwarding limitations.
End users want to forward secondary and tertiary lines on phone via softkey and refuse to accept that they have to use the self-service portal. Need official docs that state such for SIP phones (found SCCP doc) or configuration guide to implement.
Thanks!

Followed up with TAC and got the official answer. You were correct. TAC is going to get the documentation straightend out.
"This functionality is not available on 8941/8945 phones. The reason of this, is because CFA is only available when line is in 'Idle' state, but on these models, when a non-primary line key is pressed, line will no longer be in an idle state but off hook state.
This functionality is only available on 8961, 99xx, and 88xx as they have a line and Session Key.
So this is a Documentation Defect and we have already raised the request to change the Doc ASAP."

Yeah, the push back is that doesn't apply to all phones - the 8851 can forward per line. End users are expecting same functionality, hence the need for docs.
