8945 hanged up to upgrade firmware

Hi,

i have model 8945 with default firmware version sccp 9-3-1-19 and upgraded this model inside call manager to the latest version  SCCP894x.9-4-2SR3-1. the problem is when i connect new 8945  to register into call manager it is hanged up .

i tried to upgrade phone one by one ( using local tftp Tftpd32) from old version to upper but also stop upgrade version 8941_8945-sccp.9-3-4-17 and last successful upgrade version  is SCCP8941_8945.9-3-2SR1-2  (my idea  try upgrade from old version to upper till reach  SCCP894x.9-4-2SR3-1) but failed . i tried to downgrade version of this model into call manger from SCCP894x.9-4-2SR3-1 to sccp 9-3-1-19 or any version less than SCCP894x.9-4-2SR3-1 , also call manager rejected to downgrade .

kindly help me to be able register this model and use it

Yeah, this can happen when a middle firmware version is needed.

See this post, which says you need to upgrade to 9.3(4) first, then go to 9.4(2).

If the phone is currently stuck, you will need to cut power to the phone in order to reboot it.
