dear all ,
i have an issue that one phone 8961 not able to register and also menu is locked no admin view in its menu how can i make resseting for that phone like hardware reset i want to remove ctl issue , i cannt find any admin menu in the phone it self to make factory reset as in documentation ??
and recommendation ?
