9951 cisco phone with phone designer software issue

Hi

i m working on windows 7 32bit laptop

my cucm manager version is 9.1.2.11900-12

i have 9951 cisco phone with the last version sip9951.9-4-1-9

when i choose wallpaper or ringtone , i receive "A communications failure occurred"

all check box is dun

my network is perfect and i have no firewall between vlans

any solutions guys????

Check the config, if it still fails, it might be due to your OS being not supported

Are you pointing to the publisher node or a subscriber node?  Make sure to point to a node running CallManager/CTIManager service.

both......same issue.....my friend from cisco told me that phone designer does not work at all with the new 99xx,78xx family phones.....

Phone designer works fine for me on my 9.1.2 cluster with a 9971.  Make sure web access is enabled on the phone as that is necessary.  Also check the phone's webpage to see that the authentication URL is set as.
