Hi, anyone have this phone and expansion works on CME 8.5? When I plug the expansion the phone say me the is disabled by the administrator but I don't know how to enable it.
Also in the SIP configuration I can't see any expansion to add in the type of the register pool.
Any suggestion?

Go to the 9951 device configuration page. Go down to the Expansion Module Information section. Under the Module 1 drop down list, select your KEM model. Click on Save and Apply Configuration. You will also want to look at the phone button template assigned to the station to take full advantage of the KEM.

We're using Cisco Call Manager Express, I don't have the "9951 device configuration page".

Woops, sorry. My reading comprehension skills must have taken a dive!
I am not sure about how to accomplish this on CCME. My cursory search on CCO and the data sheet for the KEM do not show the KEM and CCME as compatible. Though, that isn't necessarily definitive.

Hello,
we have the "same" problem. We use 8961 phones and will install 1 KEM for the reception.

I know the KEM is working in SRST-Mode (other customer with CUCM 8.x and a VGW (2921) with SRST)

KEM is still not supported in CME environment.
