I have a newly installed Be6000 with 9951's and 7821's.
I'm doing a test call internally to a 9951. From the 9951 I park the call. I then try to pick up the parked call from the same 9951 by pressing the line button where it's parked. I press the button and wait 5 seconds or more before the parked party stops hearing hold music and the call resumes.
Is this possibly one of the park timers that I need to tweak?
I expect that when I press the line button of the parked call from the 9951 that it should instantly resume the call, much like taking a call off hold.
I've just installed the latest firmware for the 9951, no joy.
