9971-auto dialing

9971 cisco ip phone is dialing numbers randomly internal and external from the placed calls list. No spped dials or BLF is configured on the phone. Its dialing even when office is closed I mean there is nobody even prssing Edge of phone screen frame as stated in bug below. Even though I upgraded phone firware I am still facing an issue.

What firmware version are you running on your 9971s?

I am using 9.4(1) the latest one in which this bug is stated as resolved caveat.

We have the exact same issue. 9971 dials the speed dial button even when no one is in the office. tested with the latest firmware 9-4-2SR1-2, also tried the previous version.

Any advice on this? We are using CUCM 11.5.1 with sip9971.9-4-2SR2-2.
