9971 BLF SPEED DIAL

Dears,

By refering to the subject,It is not clear if blf speed dials is supported or not - as per cisco document it is supported; but we configure it for our expansion module for the 9971 it is not working (it does not show the status for the speed dials) Any specific configuration or it is not supported (We have call manager 8.6.2 and IP Phone firmware 9.3.X).

Yes, it is supported. You need to ensure you have proper "Subscriber Calling Search Space" defined on the phone with the BLF defied which includes partition of the target DN.
