9971 can not power camera when it registers on CUCME.

How do you deal with this problem?

It works well after I disabled 'power negotiation' when I use CUCM.

But I didn't find any commend from CUCME.

can you share with us the below output from Cisco switch port which is connected to 9971?.

The switch doesn't support POE. I use one device power all ip phones.

Hello

The only bug CSCtf09186 with some 802.3af switches, which results in the Cisco Unified IP Phone 9951 and 9971 unable to negotiate for the additional power required to operate the IP phone's camera.For your case if you use power injector or other device , you shouldn't get any issues. Can you disable "no cdp-enable"  and "no lldp tlv-select power-management" under the interface on the switch  which connected to your IP phone and test?.
