9971 Extension Mobility Issue Host Not Found

Hi All,

We are facing the extension mobility login issue in 9971 phone. When user trying to access the service it's thrown error "Host Not found". 

Current firmware of the Phone is 9.4(1.9). We suspected the bug Id CSCul01945 and upgrade the firmware to 9.4.1.SR1.2.

But still we are facing the same error after the upgrade. Any had similar kind of issues ?

It is only affecting the 9971 phone ?..

Have you changed the enterprise parameter for phone url from host name to IP address ?..should be a dns resolution error.

Hi Afsal !

This happening only for 9971 Phone. we are using the IP Address only in Enterprise parameter. User not facing the problem in "get service menu". 

Issue occurs when selecting the EM Application.

Hello GP,

I too faced the same issue in Collaboration lab,but that I suspected the delay in vpn traffic for voice vlan. It is similar to

That fix is 9.4. (1 ) for you it is vain,try 9.4(2) SR 1.
