What system are you registering the phone to?
Is the phone obtaining IP address, TFTP address?

Did you perform factory reset on the phone?
Is the phone defined in CUCM or are you using Auto registration?
What are you seeing in the status messages on the phone?
Is tftp service running on CUCM and is that the correct IP the phone is obtaining?

yes, I performed factory reset on the phone.
yes phone is defined manually by me and is not on auto registration.
In status message, "Error verifying config info"
yes TFTP service is running on cucm and the phone is obtaining correct ip
one more thing I want to tell is earlier 9971 phones got registered and are working good but yesterday

Ho Obaid,
what is the firmware u are using for working 9971 phones ?
Do u have enough license for new phones to register?
regds,
aman

How to check the license?
What I know is Go to System --- Licensing----license unit calculator (or) license unit report

Licensing issue would not cause phone registrTion denial, it would cause an error when attempting to configure the phone in CUCM. Are ITL and CTL certs deleted from the phone?

Do those phones have DN's assigned on them? If not, the phone won't register.

Can you try deleting the CTL file and check again.
Go to Administration setting -> Reset settings -> Security setting -> Reset.

try to check whether IP phone is accesible from your Call manager to that port, have you checked it by changing the port.
