We have a user and if we call his Extn number 1234, It rings on his Primary line first and the call is not getting disconnected , it goes to Second session line and rings on that button continuosly.
trigger and busy setup has been done(reduced to minimum no of Calls to give busy tone)
What is the next level to troubleshoot? will it be any issue in trunk?
CUCM Version is 8.6
Let me know if I understood, you don't want that the call go the second line, Am I right? it that is the case: So it means that you have a Forward No Answer/Busy setup, so you'll need to remove the forward option.
Yes i want to stop the Second line forwarding, Its not actviated as you said, Old DID Series working fine, New series numbers are having only this problem.Strange..
The calls forwarded is make from a internal phone or from PSTN? it the case is a PSTN call maybe the service provider is making a automatic forward no answer. Let me know!
