I have a n issue with SIP SRST 7.2 ,where all my 9971 's not failing to register with 3945E SRST GW . I have SCCP phones and they register fine . I opened a TAC case and was told that the SIP bind interface needs to be same subnet as the Phones ,which I think is not a scalebale solution . Can anyone shed some light on this ,or have any ideas .
in the debug phones are using routers loopback address wihich is 192.168.X.X range and phones are in 10.133.X.X range . I have seen any large data canters where Vg are in the 10.X.X.X range to make SIP SRST work ...
Thanks
