99xx Phone USB Debug connection

According to https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-14986 the username/password for loging in via the USB Serial connection is username "default", password "cisco".

But when I try the username of "default", I get "Login incorrect" and no option to enter a password. If I try a username of "cisco", I can enter a password. I've tried <blank>, "default" and "cisco" but I can't get in.

I can login with username "debug" & password "debug".

Suggestions? The phone is running 9.3(4)-24

Firmware 9.3(4) and above on the 99XX uses debug/debug as the CLI/USB Debug username/password.
