AA via UCM or Unity/UCX or CTI Route Port / CTI Route Point

I have a question about AA, which may be a completely novice question, however I couldnt find the comparison of the AA implementation by all different methods, hence NetPro.

1. Whats the difference if we achieve AA via UCM and Unity/UCX?

I think UCM had AA only with 4.x version. In 5.x and up Extended services cannot be installed on the same platform.

Unity or Connection according to me is the right place to run AA as the call handlers have built in options to do this and no customization is required.

You can also run AA on UCCX but it requires scripting knowledge. you would need separate scripts for AA and prompt management.

Also wanted to know the difference between CTI Route Point v/s CTI Port as both could be used for the AA purposes.

Is there any better choice?

On a number of calls level, CTI ports have 200 max calls and CTI RP has 10000.

I think CTI RP is the best option.
