AAR feature, Working using the Line's AAR but unable to use teh Device's AAR

Hi guys,

I'm trying to setup AAR feature, right now it working using the Line's AAR group but it doesn't work using the device's AAR Group I just received the message "Not enough bandwidth". I collected the SDI,SDL trace but the call is never sent.

I think maybe is a bug: System version: 7.1.5.34900-7

Regards

Yes, it is mandatory if this is the device you are calling.

Not following, AAR group needs to be assigned to both Line and Device. Device AAR drives which AAR group will be used when call originates from this phone and Line AAR Group drives which AAR Group is going to be used when dialing in Line in combination with the AAR group of the dialing device.

HTH,

Chris

@Chris, thanks for your response. I have created the AAR group called: Arizona_AARG, If I apply this AARG only to Device it does't work but if I apply the same AARG only to Line work...so is it mandatory to apply the ARRG to the line?

Thanks in avance

Chris is correct, the device level AAR Group setting is only used for device mobility purposes.
