Abandoned Calls in CCME hunt group statistics

Hi

Does anyone have a clear understanding of when the statistics collect on a hunt group logs an abanonded call?

When an agent just hangs up immediatley?

0 seconds call time/stats?

When a caller hangs-up while in queue.

If showing 0 seconds something else might be happening.
