Access the Service CallManager Administrator

Hi,

I installed the CallManager of the following form:

Administrator Login Configuration:

Username: Administrator

password: ttttttttttt (For example)

Database Access Security Configuration

password: xxxxxxx (For example)

Application User Password Configuration

password: yyyyyyy (For example)

I ask:

For access to the IPT Platform Administration I am using:

Username: Administrator

password: ttttttttttt (For example) , Its Ok

For access the CCM Administration I am using:

username: CCMAdministrator

password: ttttttttttt (the same), I do not obtain access. What it can be wrong?
