Access Voicemail from Outside

Hello,

Would someone assist me. I am trying to access my voicemail from outside of my office. Does anyone know how to do this?

You would need to go into the users configuration in UNity and add an alternate extension to that user, for instance a mobile phone.

You would need to make sure that you have a DID number that you can feed into your voicemail pilot so external callers can actually call into Unity in the first place
