Is it possible, as an administrator, to do something to access settings on a Cisco IP phone if the settings access has been restricted? I know I can just change the setting and reset the phone and then do what I need and then change it back, but I was wondering if there was a key sequence to unlock it.

No, if settings are restricted, you won't see anything, and therefore, cannot unlock anything, you need to change that from CUCM.

You can unlock the settings by pressing **#,
Go to the phone settings which you need to change then press **#, then you can able to change the settings.

I know that "unlocks" the phone, but will that still work even if Settings Access is set to Restricted?

Ok, I figured that might be the deal but wanted to make sure.
