Dears,

We are facing a problem when doing a conference call. Sometimes it works fine and all the 3 parties can hear each other properly.

But sometimes one of the 3 participants is not able to hear the others also the others can hear him.

As per the output of "sh call active voice brief" , i found something different between a successful conference call and a bad conference call which is the Acomlevel.

In the unsuccessful conference it was 6 .

Please advice what should be the value of the acomlevel so that the call is successful.

Mirna,

I can see that rx counter from both unsuccessful calls is 0/0.

The problem can be related to somekind of firewall or another conectivity issues.

Regars,

Felipe
