Acquiring CUCM update for advisory cisco-sa-20130821-cucm

Is it possible to acquire the needed update files to resolve this vulnerability? Our Smartnet contract for Call Manager has expired.

On this page it says 'Cisco has released free software updates that address these vulnerabilities.'

But when I go to the download page, it says Additional Entitlement required.

The obtaining fixed SW covers all scenarios on support contracts, have you reviewed that??
