After resetting the phone, it asks for an activation code or service domain.
From what I found out, I need a cfg.xml file but unfortunately I don't have anything like that. The phone is connected directly to the cisco switch. Where can I find such a sample cfg file or some standard one?
And I just wanted to update the software
Thank you for your help

I've already read that, but I don't have CUCM.

But you added a tag "CUCM" ^^
Which PBX do you have?

I don't have any PBX.
I would like to upload configuration files via tFTP
Sorry for the incorrect tag

What you mean, you don't have any PBX?

If you don’t have any PBX, let’s explore what you intend to do with this phone. Here are some considerations based on the context:

I wanted to configure the phone for VoIP (SIP) calls

And how do you want to make VoIP calls without a PBX?! --> I'll answer it for you: it doesn't
Maybe you should first learn, how VoIP works ...

Pretty harsh. Your replies do not add value.

Of course you're right
My internet service provider has a virtual PBX.
Currently, I am stuck with updating the software due to lack of activation, hence my questions.
Thanks a lot for your help
