Hello,
I would like to integrate my CCM 4.1 with my unity AD for ease of user management. Has anyone had any experience doing this before?
Thanks
Evan

Hi Evan,
We have not done this integration yet (as we are still a Novell shop :(
Here are some guides to get you started;
Active Directory 2000 Plugin Installation for Cisco CallManager
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080094493.shtml
Installing the Cisco Customer Directory Configuration Plugin for Cisco CallManager Release 4.1(3)

Active Directory and Cisco CallManager Integration Troubleshooting Guide
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a00801d3c48.shtml
This chapter focuses on best practices for AD. However, most recommendations and best practices mentioned in this section also apply to the other directory product supported by Cisco Unified CallManager, the Sun/iPlanet Netscape Directory Server.
From this excellent SRND doc;
This chapter covers the main design principles for integrating a Cisco IP Communications system based on Cisco Unified CallManager 4.x with a corporate LDAP directory.
Hope this helps!

Thanks! I have a lot of reading to do. My biggest concern is keeping a usable up to date phone directory. I figured AD would be the best way to keep one current. I do not have access to the AD on the desktop side of the house so I thought I could use my unity AD and have a good method of record keeping, phone directory and something I could query for user reports.
Thanks
