Ad-Hoc Conference Calls not working

Team,

We have got CUCM 7.1.3.32900-4 at one of our sites. We have been reported that Conference calls are not working since morning. I have verified the Media Resource Group and found all the resources were selected (Software CFB & Hardware CFB). Then i have restarted the IP Voice Media Streaming service from Unified Serviceability. But no luck. So as soon as soon as we hit Confrn softkey, newly added call is getting dropped. By the way I have checked Conference in Service Parameters and found to be good. CUCM has been restarted 356 days before. Need to get Conference get going at this site. Please find the Conifg below in my voice gateway.

Hi,

From your router share the output of sh sccp and show dspfarm all

Hi Mohammed,

Please find the output. My Question over here is, even internal calls fail as soon as I initiate Conference, which makes me annoy.

10.204.14.11 is CUCM IP and 10.204.14.5 is MGCP Gateway.

Currently in the selected MRG, I have included both Software and Hardware Conference Bridges.

Basically CUCM has been deployed in Australia. 30 odd Cisco 6921 IP Phones registered to CUCM in AU has been placed in Thane, Mumbai. Currently Issue is happening at Thane. So with in Thane, we are using G711 and Between Sydney & Thane G729. We do have Hardware Transcoder included in to the MRG.

As you have mentioned I will include one CFB at a time.

Thanks,

Solomon.

Finally Conference Call worked, after I remove Software Conference Bridge from MRG. Currently only Hardware CFB has been included. I will let this setup remain for the next couple of days. But problem over with this is, I have configured only two sessions for this Profile in Gateway. So that at any point of time, only two Conference Calls can be made possible, where as with Software CFB we can have up to 48 Conference Calls as per Service Parameters. Please share some light on this.

Regards,

Solomon.
